In 1977, the "Cultural Revolution" brought chaos to an end, and "Hangzhou fan factory" restarted the name of "Hangzhou WANGXINGJI fan factory". The production and operation are booming, with an annual output of 6.14 million fans, an output value of 1.58 million yuan and an export value of 550000 yuan.
In 1979, "Samsung" brand black paper fan won the certificate of "high quality product" issued by the Ministry of light industry.
In 1980, Prince Sihanouk, the head of state of Cambodia, visited WANGXINGJI with the inscription "all fans produced by the factory are real and authentic art treasures".
In 1981, in the national fan quality evaluation, Wang Xingji's black paper fan won the first place in the same kind of products in China. In the same year, the "three stars" brand black paper fan of Uranus won the silver cup award in the first China Arts and crafts "Hundred Flowers Award".
In May 1982, Wang Xingji's "ten thousand character fan of Tang poetry" was the first time to participate in the real gold micro Kai black paper fan in New China

Ten years of Cultural Revolution (1967-1976)
In 1967, Wang Xingji fan factory was renamed as Hangzhou Dongfeng fan factory. Many traditional craft fans were condemned as "fengzixiu", and the sales department was destroyed with heavy losses.
In 1970, some people changed production and trial produced black-and-white TV sets and put up the brand of Hangzhou Dongfeng TV set factory
In 1972, when President Nixon visited China, foreign trade improved. The factory gradually resumed the production of black paper fans, sandalwood fans and black bamboo fans, and trial produced iron sheet portable fans.
In 1973, the State Council approved the report on the development of industrial art production issued by the Ministry of light industry and the Ministry of foreign trade. Since then, "Hangzhou Dongfeng fan factory" has been renamed as "Hangzhou fan factory". The production of TV sets has been stopped and traditional fans have been revived.

The second spring (1958-1966)

In April 1958, Hangzhou Municipal People's government decided to restore and rebuild WANGXINGJI fan factory. To recruit back the scattered fan makers and vigorously resume the traditional production, the "Samsung" brand was re opened, and Wang Xingji's sales department was opened in Hubin.

In September 1959, Wang Xingji fan factory was under the management of municipal handicraft Bureau. The varieties of fans have increased to 10, and the process fans, such as all brown 40 and 60 eggplant black paper fans, ivory fans, men's sandalwood fans and Xiangfei fans, which have been out of production for many years, have been restored. The development of the enterprise has shown its vitality.

In 1966, Hangzhou handicraft industry bureau was renamed as the Second Light Industry Bureau of Hangzhou, and WANGXINGJI fan factory became the direct subordinate factory.

In 1966, the plant site was relocated to Jiefang Road, Hangzhou. The scale of production and operation was further expanded and the development momentum was good.
